An Indian chief has stomach pains because he can't pass any gas.

His servant girl goes to see a doctor and says, "Big chief no fart."

The doctor gives her some medicine and says,

"Here, give him three of these pills."

The next day she's back again, and she says,

"Big chief no fart."

The doctor says, "Give him six of those pills."

The next day she's back again, and she says,

"Big chief still no fart."

The doctor says, "Damn, give him the whole bottle."

The next day she comes back. She says, "Big fart. No chief."
